The Organising Committee can issue letters confirming attendance at the conference provided the following conditions are met: - The delegate must provide a letter confirming that the delegate represents a particular institution.
- The delegate must provide a copy of their passport.
- The delegate must be registered as a conference delegate or as a presenting author of an accepted abstract.
- The delegate must have paid the conference registration fee in full.
